Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to the authenticity and quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund according to the following terms:

- \nThe product must be in its original condition and unused.\n \n
- \nReturns are accepted within 24 hours, and exchanges within 4 days from the date of receiving your order.\n \n
- \nIf the product has a manufacturing defect or a major error, the store will bear all costs related to the return or exchange process.\n \n
If the product is in good condition and matches the specifications, and the return or exchange request is due to personal preference (such as differences in color, texture, or stitching), or due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer, the following service fees will apply:

- \n70 SAR for exchange requests\n \n
Note: If the original order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted upon return, as it is a paid service to the shipping company.
\nImportant: Shipping fees may vary depending on the weight and size of the items in the cart.
\nRefund Policy:
\nIf the customer wishes to cancel the order before shipment, or request a return after receiving it (for reasons not related to a manufacturing defect), or if the order is shipped but not received by the customer, a fee of 5% of the total order value will be deducted as operational costs.

- \nThe refund will be processed directly through the website after reviewing and approving the request. A courier will then contact you to collect the products. For installment orders, the refund will be processed only after the product is handed over to the courier and received by the store.\n \n
We kindly ask for your cooperation with couriers to ensure timely collection of returned items.
\nPlease note that the refunded amount includes the value of the purchased product only.
\nReturns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

- \nThe return period has expired.\n \n
- \nThe product has been used, damaged, or the security seal has been removed.\n \n
- \nThe product does not carry the brand logo or is missing any accessories.\n \n
Bedding Spray Return & Exchange Policy:
\nThis product cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. Exceptions apply only in cases of store error or manufacturing defects identified upon delivery. Otherwise, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

\nProducts labeled as "non-returnable or non-exchangeable" cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the order is completed.
\nCustom-Made Products Policy:
\nProducts that are custom-made based on customer requests (such as seating sets, custom-sized carpets, or any product that is cut or manufactured according to specific specifications) are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return after order confirmation on the website.
\nAn order is considered confirmed and final once payment is completed, and it will be immediately processed for manufacturing or preparation.
\nIf the customer refuses to receive the order upon delivery, or if delivery fails for reasons not attributable to the store:

- \nThe customer will bear the shipping costs for both delivery and return.\n \n
- \nThe order will be held in the warehouse for 30 days from the date of return.\n \n
- \nIf the customer does not claim the order within this period, it will be considered an implicit waiver, and the store reserves the right to dispose of the product without any financial obligation.\n \n
Exceptions apply only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or errors in fulfilling the requested specifications.
